ShoutOut: Personalize your Student's Yearbook

ShoutOuts are a way to add a personal touch to your student's yearbook - you may purchase a block of space and personalize it however you would like for your student!

ShoutOut pages are divided into blocks of 2" x 3.5" in 2 columns and 4 rows, with a single block starting at $40. This is the price breakdown for each blocks:

1 block - 2" x 3.5" (¼ page) 4" x 3.5" (½ page) 6.5" x 8" (whole page)11" x 8" $40 $75 $125 $225

If you are interested in purchasing ShoutOut space for your student(s):

• Email Sherill Maddox asap to let her know how much space you would like to reserve.
• Download the 2011-2012 ShoutOut Order Form
• Return this form, along with a 50% deposit to Sherill Maddox (other arrangements can be made - just ask!)
• ShoutOut space reservation deadline: March 30
• ShoutOut payment deadline: April 16

This is what we will need from you for your ShoutOut space:

• *any* (school appropriate) digital pictures in a .jpg format, no less than 300dpi in size.
• any quotes or message(s) for your student(s)
• any layout ideas that you might have - fonts, sizes, graphics, etc.
• you may create your own ShoutOut as long as it is submitted with the correct dimensions and at least 300dpi in size.

You may submit these items via email, a memory device, or bring them in.
